Your Future Marine Biologist Brand Ambassador
You are making awesome scuba or underwater gear and are looking for a new brand ambassador? Are you considering someone who combines underwater image making powers with expert marine biological knowledge (my science is here, fish biology & neuroscience) about the wildlife found underwater? The only downside I would have as a brand ambassador is that I don’t look good in a bikini. But if you want someone to showcase your dive gear, cameras, camera housings, strobes or video lights who sheds light on the biodiversity, fish behavior & evolution and a variety of ecological issues, then I’m your man. And, yes, of course I have functioning scuba gear and underwater camera gear. But I’m eager to try new and improved equipment. Your gear would be featured in my blog posts, educational YouTube videos (in the funny ones too) and in the acknowledgements of my future books. I’d mention you in the short bios which go with many of the popular science articles I write for international online and print magazines.
I have a few exciting projects coming up, and would use and showcase your equipment during my work on these projects. Most notably, I will be heading back to Tubbataha in 2025 (ask me about the project!), with the aim of putting together a book about the amazing scuba diving location, probably the Philippines’ best. I also have a few exciting underwater videography projects lined up.
